- 2. Season the shrimp with salt.
- 3. Add the shrimp in a single layer.
- 4. Cook for approximately 2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- 5. Transfer the shrimp to a plate.
- 3. Prepare the garlic butter sauce
- 1. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 2. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and the remaining olive oil to the skillet.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30–60 seconds, stirring constantly. Do not let the garlic brown.
- 4. Add the lemon juice and approximately ½ cup of reserved pasta water.
- 5. Stir to combine.
- 4. Add the linguini and Parmesan
- 1. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet.
- 2. Toss thoroughly to coat the pasta in the garlic butter sauce.
- 3. Remove the skillet from the heat and gradually stir in the freshly grated Parmesan.
- 4. Add a little more pasta water if necessary to create a smooth, glossy sauce.
- 5. Finish with shrimp, parsley and Grannie Annie Original Recipe
- 1. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet.
- 2. Add most of the chopped parsley.
- 3. Add ½ teaspoon of Grannie Annie Original Recipe pepper sauce
- 4. Toss everything together until heated through.
- 5. Taste and adjust the salt, pepper, and Grannie Annie original Recipe as needed.
